Flex Tools cc was established in 1990, and has grown from a one-man business
into a company, specializing in the following:
- Precision Tool and Die Making
- Injection Moulding
- Blow Moulding
We have instructed SEESA to assist us with the BEE Strategy and a five
year plan has been compiled.
PRODUCTION
All of the products and services are under strict quality control of the
highest standard by management themselves, from the selection of raw materials
to the final packaging and delivery.
INJECTION
MOULDING
We do custom moulding, and specialize in manufacturing the following products
for the milling industry.
- Synthetic Rubber Balls (17, 21, 27, 32mm) for use in pre cleaners.
- Rotary Tray Floor Cleaners (Triangle) for use in Sifter Boxes.
- 50mm x 75mm (Rough Top) Sieve Cleaner Pads with Steel Button
for use in Sieve Frames.
NOTE:All of these products are of food quality, oil resistant
and durable yet soft enough not to damage the boxes. We also specialize
in: Screw Caps in various sizes.
Ball Caps (ABS) 18/400 with Frustum Seal, in various colours to meet your
needs.
BLOW MOULDING
We manufacture plastic bottles ranging from 30ml to 1 litre, serving the
Pharmaceutical, Hospitality and Cosmetic Packaging Industry.

We have a fully equipped toolroom, with a vast range of facilities such
as: CNC Milling, Wire Cutting, Spark erosion etc.
