Shamark Plastics is a dynamic injection moulding business, that manufactures a
variety of plastic products ranging from Swimming Pool and Spa to specialized
mining plastic parts all custom made with care and personal attention managed by an
experienced team. Shamark Plastics has been a proud and trusted partner to Quality Pool
and Spa products and Waterlinx Pool and Spa for over 15 years and have consistently
delivered a diverse range of high quality product to the Pool and Spa trade.
Our facility has a comprehensive range of machines ranging from 75ton to 650ton, we are
able to run shot weights up to approximately 6Kg, we have the ability to work with many
materials including
ABS (Acrylanitrile Butadiene Styrene), ABS -
Polycarbonate Alloy,
Acetal (POM), PMMA, Acrylic, Nylon 6,

Through the introduction of our new Tool Room and Tool Makers with a collective
60 years Tool Making experience we are able to offer both turnkey solutions and
cooperative new product development from concept to production.

The company continues to innovate and develop new product, our LED lights with 10,000 hour life time are substantially more efficient than the standard incandescent sealed beam light which only has 600 hours life.
The amount of electricity (wattage) used on the LED light is 4.2 watts per hour which is significantly less than the wattage drawn on the standard light of light of 125 watts per hour.

moulded ABS frames and finished with
durable tough woven netting.Our brushware range is produced using polypropylene with various bristle configurations and brush sizes to suit all requirements. the tough yet flexible polypropylene brush backs and mounting assemblies provide users with exceptional durability.
Our vacuum sweeper range has been tried and tested in the Swimming Pool Industry for many years and has proven itself as a reliable and trusted product for both home owners and professional pool Maintainers.

Solar Panels
The SC Solar Panel manufactured by Sun
Command in Johannesburg South Africa, is
solely designed for use in Swimming Pool
heating systems.The panel is designed and manufactured to meet both local and international standards of performance and durability.
The SC range of Solar Panels are made in various
standard sizes but can also be sized to suit particular applications where a standard size is not suitable.

Spa Bath Products
We produce a complete range of Spa Bath and Jacuzzi products to suit all jetted systems. Our jet faces are available in either white or chromed finish. The newly designed Spaflo Self draining pump delivers excellent pressure and volume. All of our jets are available with traditional glued fittings or our innovative barbed flexible hose system.
New energy saving LED technology Spa lights create fantastic atmosphere and awesome visual effect whilst saving on operating costs. LED spa lights are available in blue, white and colour changing options.
